What is the problem?

The majority of the world consists of people trying to make a difference. When the majority is trying to make a difference, it turns out that a select few are actually making that difference. This brings the question of why? And how? Why is it that few people are actually making a difference? How can many more people make a difference?


Answer


Well, the answer to the first question is opportunities. People have different opportunities depending on their backgrounds. The poorer people tend to have less opportunities than the richer ones. The answer to the latter question has been answered with this idea of a talent hunt platform called FORTE. This should enable us to give opportunities to the remaining people who are trying to make a difference but don’t have means of doing that.


What is our Aim?

The aim of this project is to enable different people from different backgrounds to have more opportunities and chances to showcase their abilities and talents to the world. For example, a talented singer player from the suburbs of Zimbabwe who does not have connection to influential people, does not have equal opportunities with someone who can afford to go to pay for studio sessions, shoot music videos and pay promotion agencies to put out is work out to the world. Chances are high that the latter person gets noticed. After all, advertisement and effective transfer of the message is what matters. But with a platform like this, the chances of the persons are highly increased.

This makes it easier for talent hunters (such as record labels, and other organizations) to search for talents and make those talents a reality.

Our Target Market

Our main target with the application are talented people that are willing to get noticed with their talent or make a living by making a good use of their talents. There is no age restriction to our target market as talent is blessed to everyone.

Other Features of the application.

• Hiring of talents - People can be hired for shows, performances talent display through the application. For instance, a painter ca be hired to make portrait drawings for individuals and a dancer can be hired to perform at a birthday party.



• Buy and Sell – Artist, Musicians etc. can be able to sell their art and works through the application as well. For instance, Artist can upload a digital copy of their drawings, instrumentals, paintings and interested people can be able to buy it through the platform and it will get shipped to them.
